This high-capacity soft serve machine is ready to dispense 2 flavors (plus a twist) of soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, gelato or sorbet in under 10 minutes and will continue to produce about 50 quarts of product per hour. Two 9.5 quart refrigerated hoppers keep the product cold overnight and during slower sales periods. Automatic return handles prevent accidental overrun and minimize product waste.
